HYDRODINAMIC PRECIPITATORS
The Hydrodynamic precipitators Omniatex-Centricap are
representing one of the most efficient antipollution system because are one of
the most advanced environment control technology.
Independently from the emission type, and thank to
the innovative mechanical concept of mixing between liquid and gas (covered by
several international patents) made at high contact pressure, high abatement
efficiencies are achieved both for particles, odors, and organics and inorganic
vapors.
The mechanical technology applied to have a more
efficient and synergic mixing between polluted gas and the abatement liquid
allows high values of mass and energy transfer, a high load and hydraulic
blocking of the particles , the condensation of vapors and mists and
neutralization-solubilization of gas and odors.
Thanks to this technology a large amount of gas can
be treated with very small plants, compared to the traditional technologies.
The possibility of a battery mounting allows having a
multi effects treatment, with also a wide spreading possibility to increase the
treatment capacity, avoiding further costs for any intermediate treatment
process.
The Omniatex-Centricap plants are permitting also the
heat recovery from the incoming air to be treated, with the reuse of the
recovered heat in the production process or in the recovery of the abated
solution.
Thanks to its simplicity, to his long lasting life,
to the small dimensions, to the low operating cost and to great air volume that
can be treated, the Omniatex-Centricap Hydrodynamic Precipitators are the right
answer to a large range of pollutants problems.

OMNIATEX Centricap Hydrodynamic Precipitator tested
and compared with other abatement systems, shows an unique efficiency,
because is the only-one, between the hydrodynamic machines, to a gas suction
that combines an high centrifugation with an high pressure mixing between the
gas to be washed and the employed abatement medium. The special construction has allowed the reaching
of 80 / 90 % lower energy consumption compared to the traditional particles
abatement plants. |

The small dimensions of OMNIATEX Centricap Hydrodynamic
Precipitator make very easy its installation, making possible to solve
emissions problems with no solution given by traditional plants, plants that
for the same air capacity have very bigger dimensions.
Solution in parallel can treat ANY air volume making
easy to face new needs for abatement, avoiding, with this flexibility, that the
plant installed at the beginning become small and inadequate and saving on the
cost of the investments.

The OMNIATEX Centricap Hydrodynamic Precipitator is
mainly made by a fan with a multi Venturi rotor, assembled in a suitable
case. In the side picture are illustrated the special patented palettes used
to suck the polluted air flow. The air enter in this way the Precipitator, in
which enters in contact with the abating medium sprayed by special nozzles
made to invest the whole air flow. The OMNIATEX Centricap Hydrodynamic Precipitator
has the smallest investment and operational cost of all the commercialized
abatement plants. The small dimensions, the minimal required energy,
the lack of civil works and the big air treatment capacity, are enabling it
for any industrial or civil application with an operating cost never matched
by other plants. The basic applied process is a multi Venturi centrifugation
matched with mechanical mixing that allows particles abatement up to 5 μ. |

The OMNIATEX Centricap Hydrodynamic Precipitator represents
also a valid Chemical-Physical depuration unit for the air conditioning
systems in the civil and commercial buildings. A good air quality improves the health, the comfort and the productivity in the
working places. The control of pollutants of the recycled air of
humidification and climatization systems is the best solution for air better quality in hotels,
shopping centers, theatres, cinemas, hospitals and banks. The control of the units that can bring to a
microbiological contamination (max 750 ufc/m3 of air) and the
total dispersion in the air conditioned place (80 mg/m3), as
required by foreign Authorities, are easily reached in spite of the ducts,
the filters, the batteries and others elements of the conditioning system. The lack of pollutants control in air re-circulated
air brings to the syndrome with eyes irritation, dry troth, headache,
fatigue, congestion and sinusitis. Usually when the active population of a building
suffering from this syndrome is more than 20 % of the laborers, the building
is classified as a “grieving building”. The internal chemical and physical
pollutants that can be present are tobacco smoke, fibers, formaldehyde, glass
fibers, organics coming from cleaners, carbon oxide, ozone, nitrogen oxides,
whilst the bacteriological pollutants are bacteria, viruses, mushrooms and
pollens. Under the long and unhealthy action of these pollutants the people
living inside the building can suffer when the imposed limits are exceeded. |

Another common and consolidated application of the
OMNIATEX Centricap Hydrodynamic Precipitator is the supply of atmospheric
oxygen to liquids. COD e BOD are easily modified for the total modification
of the aerobic digestion of specific bacteria from organic mass, oxidation or
chemical reaction. The O2 transfer into the liquid is promoted by
the strict mixing between air and liquid. Obtaining an O2
transferal by concentration difference. As example we have the immediate transferal of 0,
32 mg/l of effluent with an energy consumption from 0, 21 to 0, 44 Kw/m3
of treated liquid. This application is employed in the treatment of
emission from fermented beverages production, slaughterhouses, pharmaceutics
production, food production and waste water treatment, both civil and
industrial. |
