NIAGARA LZ cooling towers in galvanized steel and stainless steel

The Niagara LZ evaporative cooling towers are employed in the water cooling circuits to disperse the heat accumulated by the water.

The water consumption is, in that way, reducing in a large amount and the real consumption is about 3 – 5 % of the normal tap consumption. In this way is solved the more and more lack of water for cooling down plants and machineries

The Niagara LZ cooling towers are including the following:

· Hot galvanizing body to better resistance to the weather

· Large upper dome for drops falling

· Internal packing in self-extinguishing plastic material

· Reinforced Nylon sprayers

· Sprayer with detachable head for better cleaning

· Droplet separator in self-extinguishing plastic material

· Axial fan, for low energy consumption, with protection

· Adjustable impeller in Peraluman or stainless steel

· IP55 waterproof motor Large collecting basin

· Suction protected by large filter

· Make up water valve

· Air grating on motor and suction openings

· Manometer for inlet pressure

· All pipe connections in stainless steel

· Full draining outlet

· Antifreeze system

· Easy inspection and cleaning

The Niagara LZ cooling towers are manufactured in 19 models with capacity each from 133.000 to 1.612.000 Frig/h of cooling power (Δt 5 °C), power that can be increased installing more towers in bank.
