Any technical solution has been applied, as batch distillation, continuous distillation, fractionating with several extraction and azeotropic distillation, with final products that usually are beating the commercial ones in purity.

The Company is an international Leader in the distillation of Acetone, DMF, Ethyl Acetate and the mixture Ethyl Acetate-Ethyl Alcohol.

A note must be pointed on the Ethyl Acetate recovered with an Omniatex SPA plant that is used both for the inks and the adhesive for lamination productions, because the Acetic Acid content and the Ethyl Alcohol content are not affecting in any way the glue reticulation.

Any kind of internals have been employed, following the technical and economical optimization of the tower and of the plant, from saddles to valve trays, bubble caps and structural filling.
